You can bring your own life jacket or we will provide one.

We will give a demonstration on boat operation and safety.

Kayakers and paddle boarders must 18 years of age to rent or accompanied by a parent or guardian. 

Yes. We will provide life jackets for any paddler that needs them. The pontoon has life jackets for all passengers.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation for the pontoon and 48 hours for kayaks and paddle boards. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or unforseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or to inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged full price. 

We reserve the right to cancel rentals due to weather. However, rentals will not be refunded for rough waters caused by boat traffic or light winds. Paddlers accept these conditions at their own risk.
